These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Signal ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By requesting our services or entering into an agreement with us, you accept these Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Scope of Services
Signal provides professional live audio, event production and technical support services. The scope of work, pricing and project timeline are defined in the quotation or written agreement accepted by both parties.
Additional work or changes requested after project approval may result in additional charges.
4. Quotations and Agreements
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
A project is considered confirmed once the client accepts the quotation in writing or pays the required deposit.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is specified in the approved quotation.
Invoices are payable within the agreed payment period.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by applicable law.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all information, approvals, venue access and materials necessary for the successful completion of the project.
Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect the agreed timeline.
7. Project Changes
Any requested changes after work has commenced may require additional time and cost.
Signal reserves the right to adjust project schedules accordingly.
8. Cancellation
If a confirmed project is cancelled by the client, Signal reserves the right to charge for work already completed and any non-refundable expenses incurred.
Cancellation terms may be specified in the project agreement or quotation.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all concepts, designs, documentation, technical plans and project materials created by Signal remain the intellectual property of Signal until full payment has been received.
10. Limitation of Liability
Signal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption or third-party claims, except where required by applicable law.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services related to the claim.
11. Force Majeure
Signal shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, power outages, strikes, transportation disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.
12. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
Signal reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version published on this website shall apply.
